We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition and in original packaging. To initiate a return, email hello@flufflair.com with your order number.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or is defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received
If we sent the wrong product, contact us and we'll arrange return shipping and send the correct item (or a full refund if the correct item is unavailable).
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty: opened grooming products, opened paw care products.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund.
