We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition and in original packaging. To initiate a return, email hello@flufflair.com with your order number.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or is defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received
If we sent the wrong product, contact us and we'll arrange return shipping and send the correct item (or a full refund if unavailable).
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty: opened grooming products, opened paw care products.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund.
