How long does delivery take?

Standard shipping to Australian addresses takes 5–10 business days. Express shipping takes 2–4 business days. International orders to other countries take 7–14 business days (standard) or 3–5 business days (express).

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on Australian orders over $75 AUD. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel at any time.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We're so sorry if this happened! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
